Breastfeeding Support Training for CHWs- 2024/2025
WBA conducted successful breastfeeding training sessions for Community Health Workers (CHWs) serving the Mamelodi communities. The training led to improvement in the participants’ breastfeeding knowledge and skills to support, promote, and protect breastfeeding in the communities they serve.

WBA established breastfeeding support groups to foster peer support among breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women.
